Jacci is a very kind and calm person, perfect for an elderly parent where patience is important. She is very health conscious and is concerned about healthy eating, so will cook delicious meals. She is punctual, stayed after when needed, and did extra hours when asked. I had a peace of mind knowing that my Mom was being cared for by Jacci.
