To whom it may concern, I am honored to recommend Ingrid for the position of caregiver. During her time caring for my parents, I witnessed the caring, compassion, respect, and love that she showed every day that she was with them. These qualities are difficult to find and make her an excellent caregiver. Ingrid was responsible for caring for my parent by assisting with their activities of daily living, preparing healthy meals, taking them to their medical appointments, and on outings, keeping them company, engaging in conversations, and activities, and being their friend. She has always gone above and beyond what was expected of her, and she has done so enthusiastically and without hesitation. Ingrid is an excellent communicator, both with her clients and with family members. She has a way of putting people at ease and is always willing to listen to any concerns. She is also very organized and detail-oriented, making her an asset to any family. I would highly recommend Ingrid for any caregiving position.
