As an experienced caregiver I am able to give the best of me to my clients. I have experience with infants, young and elderly with all type of conditions. I am able to come up with some ideas that fit my clients needs and make them comfortable. Most clients appreciate my personality and character. I am reliable, dependable and treat all my clients with respect and respect their dignity during care and all the time. I like when I get feedback from clients and management because it helps me improve my performance and service. Integrity and honesty are also attributes that are dear to me in my practice because they define the core values of the job itself. Empathy is another attribute that cannot be faked but must be part of self to thrive in this field. Being a mother of three children, I have developed both sympathy and empathy and over the years learned to separate both depending on whether I am dealing with family matter or professional one. Caring nature is part of me as a mother.
