I worked with the same lady for almost 5 years. she had dementia. I helped with all the assisted dailies living things like dressing, toileting's, meal prep, med, etc. I was her main caregiver and was also in charge of new hiring, schedules and did the training. At the end I helped with end of life care for her, making her comfortable, meds, etc. After that client passed I started working with a 97-year-old lady for a couple months before she passed. She needed ambulatory help, help with cooking and cleaning and errands ran and companionship. I am currently working with a 99-year-old lady who is total care. We do the feeding, changing briefs, transfers as she can't stand or walk anymore, companionship, dressing etc.
