About Heather

I am an experienced mental health professional with over 14 years of community based service provision in Milwaukee County. I provide care and support from a lived experience informed practice. I am a Neurodiversity affirming carer. I am Available to provide mutual aid support and services with a neurosparkly twist! I am a spirit care worker, energy body health practitioner, yoga teacher and Reiki master - services are embedded in the care I provide (with radical informed consent). I am interested in providing body doubling support to neurodivergent folks from an anti-ableist/harm reduction lens that creates space for ongoing strategies and lifestyle management in navigating being Autistic, ADHD, PDA and more. Whether as a student, stay at home parent, professional, etc. I live in Milwaukee with my children. I enjoy yoga, somatic dance, roller skating, disability justice advocacy and activism online and audio books. I center access, inclusion, justice and peace in my life and work.
