About Heather

I am an occupational therapist with experience working with the homebound and elderly. I am available to provide specialized services including helping with meal preparation, light house-keeping, going on outings and to doing errands, I can be a companion and am a good conversationalist. I encourage the home bound to be active whenever possible and to engage in games and books and activities to pass the time. I can help with yard care, weeding and gardening and am comfortable with all ages and levels of cognition. I have my own transportation and am comfortable with pets.
