About Heather

Alzheimer's is such a terrible, heart breaking disease that unfortunately two of my grandparents had. I had the privilege of caring for both of them while they were living. My other two grandparents were diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and I cared for them as well. All four of my grandparents ended up in hospice care so I am familiar with how that works. I grew up with a very close family and love caring for others. I enjoy cleaning, baking, board games and activities outside. I have a Bachelor's degree from UNC Charlotte in Psychology. I enjoy studying how the mind and body works.
