About Heather

Im a very fun & loving person who loves working with the elderly. I encourage and enjoy doing different activities to keep them moving and their brains active. I have over 10 years of experience working as a caregiver and am very confident with the care I provide. I can help with a wide variety of tasks such as cleaning, errands, companionship, cooking, laundry, bathing etc. I like to get to know my clients on a personal level as I truly feel that makes them feel more comfortable having someone in their home assisting with daily activities. My goal is to allow my clients to still do as much as they can to ensure they don't become to dependent as that can lead to their bodies slowing down and becoming weaker.
