Hi! My name is Greta. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, curious, peaceful One thing you should know about me is that I practice food as medicine cooking. Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, mouthwatering whole food meals that will blow your mind! You or your loved one does not need to be deprived to heal. With the right ingredients, detox practices and love put into the meals- bettering your health is just a few meals away! I have transformed my life with this lifestyle and look to share it with others as much as I can. I like caring for seniors because everyone deserves to feel safe, taken care of, heard and seen. Seniors carry so much wisdom that I have learned so much from throughout my life! In my spare time, I like to get lost in nature! I also cold plunge, read, do breathwork, perform fascial maneuvers that release tension in my body and that is something I could assist with as well.
