I had the pleasure of having Grazyna care for my mother-in-law. She only worked for us for a few months while we arranged nursing home placement but during that time she took excellent care of our loved one. She was punctual, pleasant and very dedicated to meeting all of our loved ones needs. Even on the days when my MIL had issues with her dementia Grazyna was patient with her and compassionate. Another thing that really impressed me was her proactive approach to ensuring that there would be no interruption in care for my MIL when she was on vacation. She provided us with the name of another caregiver who was willing to cover or her while she was gone. That small kindness means so much. I can recommend her without reservation.
