About Grace

My first experience on Senior Care was when I took care of my mother for 8 years. She had dementia and slight Parkinson's disease. She lived with me while my sister and I took care of her. I was employed at Senior Helpers. I worked 9-hr and 12-hr shifts for three elderly clients one of which I used a Hoyer lift to transfer to and from her bed. I assisted them in bathing and dressing. I prepared meals for them, did errands like picking up their medicines and buying groceries. I also brought them to their doctor's appointment. I did light housekeeping chores making sure their bedroom, family room, and kitchen are neatly maintained.
