We hired her for three nights a week. She worked one evening and her work was excellent. She was supposed to work a second night, two nights later but texted at noon that she was fighting a cold and thought she shouldn't come. We asked her to let us know in regards to her being able to come three nights later and when she never replied back, we were lucky to find someone to come and help. We never heard from her again.
