My name is Glenda, I'm 56. I love the older generation. My mother has dementia alzheimers and I have been involved in her care for 10 years. I'm very patient, relaxed, loving & kind. I'm a great listening ear & want to be there for someone at a difficult time in life so they feel important, included, heard & loved. Because of my experience with my mother I understand the burden you feel. I can relieve this by offering dependability & maturity. I will show gentle kindness & emotional comfort. We'll do activities like puzzles, playing games, looking at vintage magazines, reading, coloring, singing, painting nails, going to feed the ducks, & sitting on the porch bird watching & holding hands while I listen to their life stories.
