I'm a State Tested Nursing assistant, Registered & in Good standing in KY. I have 18 years experience with caring for seniors, and have been in the health care field for 20+ years. I become very attached to those I care for. I believe they deserve dignity, respect and security, something that is hard to find in a nursing home. I believe every senior should be in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible. Which is why I am devoted to giving them the absolute best care. Here are some of my job experiences that may be of value to you: -Working with adults with Dementia and or being a companion. -Supervising and assisting groups with mental and dexterity activities. -Assisting with personal care, including bathing, taking vitals, oxygen meter. etc. Some Hospice in private duty. Med reminders in assisted living residency and Private Duty.. I am looking for PT or a FT position. Been out of the loop for a few yr's taking care of my own mother .

I have known Geri for years prior to when she worked for me. We grew up in the same neighborhood. It was a blessing when I met Geri again when my mother was at a Nursing Home. I was to bring my mother home after she spent 3 months in the nursing home and Geri offered her services. It was one of the best decisions I made. Geri was very attentive. My mother did not lack for anything.
