When searching for caregivers on "care.com", the word "care" is both a verb and a noun. The quality of care given to my wife by Francetta and her friend Grace is outstanding. Francetta also cares deeply about her clients. There are some caregivers employed by other companies who are only doing this job for the money; they do the minimum effort required and then play on their cellphone or take naps on the couch. In my experience, the people on Care.com do indeed truly care about the quality of their work. Francetta is the best of the best. It's not even close. She's overqualified for this job because of her extensive previous nursing experience, and she has a true passion for helping people and is capable of initiating tasks without being told what to do. My wife required 24 hour supervision with much attention to detail; Fran exceeded my expectations with her diligence, competence and kindness. I am forever grateful to Care.com for bringing this angel into my home. Thank you!
