Frances is known as Naomi. I hired Naomi in January 2021 to care for my father, then 90 years old. Naomi played an essential care giver role in Dad's recovery from back injury in 2021, and three major hospitalizations in 2022. Presently, in January 2023, Naomi continues to provide excellent care to Dad. In addition to being a skilled caregiver capable of ensuring all aspects of home care from ensuring medications given accurately and timely, to transporting Dad to medical appointments, to discussing with his doctors Dad's daily condition; she is a natural leader of the caregiver team. In this role, Naomi developed work schedules for the other members of Dad's caregiver team, ensured time sheets were prepared and forwarded to me for payment and eventual submission to Dad's insurance company. Naomi also has the moral courage and integrity to inform me when a caregiver did not perform to standard thus leading the said caregiver's dismissal. I highly recommend Naomi M.
