Ernestina is an extraordinary caregiver. She was assigned to my friend who is like a Mother to me at a facility. Even when I am not around, Ernestina is kind, attentive, and on top of proper care for my friend. She is a no nonsense type person meaning she will place the patient’s needs above other unimportant issues vying for her attention. Ernestina speaks to her patients the way everyone would like to be spoken to; with respect and dignity. She is an example of the golden rule and makes a positive impact in the lives of whoever she is taking care of and those around her. I would trust her as a caregiver in a facility or in my home.
