People say this of raising children and it's true for your elder every bit as much as it is for the little ones. So many people are at the top of the hill of life, with younger family members to care for on one hand and the family elders on the other, it can be a LOT. I have years of experience with the elder community from running the dietary department of a fine establishment here in the area, to caring for my own grandfather and navigating his dementia diagnosis all the way to his passing.
