About Erin

Hi! My name is Erin, I'm a stay at home mom to 3 school-aged kids. Before having children I worked as an activities assistant in a secure dementia unit for 8 years. During this time I got certified as a nursing assistant and also got my med tech certification. I have a love for seniors, with a special place in my heart for dementia. During my time at the nursing home I ran daily programs that included stretches and light exercise, arts and crafts activities, sing alongs, and baking. I enjoyed connecting with my residents and finding ways to make them light up. In addition to companionship I am comfortable with helping with personal hygiene, medication management, and other requests to be discussed.
