Erin was prompt with her acceptance response. We confirmed the cost and instructions for driving my aunt from nursing home to my home. Erin was on time and texted me as she was picking up my aunt. She is professional and very patient assisting my 93 year old aunt. She also texted me following the trip to let me know how my aunt was doing and that she had been so pleased with the day she had at my house.
