About Erina

Am a CNA at the same home health aide having a vast experience of 10 years. in my scope of work I used to do activities of daily living, making sure the clients are safe in their houses, am MAPcertified by the state of Massachusetts (Medicine Administration Program), upholding their rights and confidentiality, taking them for doctor's appointment and making general observation and reporting of any abnormal changes to the nurse. Am passionate of giving care to elderly, I have a feeling that the care I would expect to be offered to my parents it's what I want to give. Am an immediate person to give them help and they are depending on me, it motivates me to offer my best. I enjoy their conversation, about how they raised their children, family and sharing experience about their lives. When am working with seniors I give them time to do what they can and give credits to anything they do by themselves.
