About Erika

Bachelor's degree in social work Minor in criminal justice Patient, understanding, listening skills, crisis management, risk management. I have a lot of passion to assist, teach and educate our youth basic skills, proper behaviors, and problem solving skills. Positive role model, influential I was a baby sitter all through high-school while my kiddos parents had weekend events or needed nights out. In college my internship was at an elementary school where I spent a-lot of time with troubled youth. During college I also worked at an adult foster care facility for four years. I assisted the elderly population in their daily task and risk/crisis management where I had a-lot of experience with mental health patients. After college I worked for an agency to help manage family's and keep their family bonded to prevent removal. In my spare time, I like to take my dogs to the dog park or to lake MI to the dog beach. I also enjoy spending time with my family and my niece.
