Reference Letter for Erica S. To whom it may concern: This is a reference letter for Erica S. who worked with my mother as a Healthcare Aide for over 3 years. Erica was the primary Aide who not only worked with my mother but also coordinated assignments for other Aides as well as scheduling them. My mother received 24/7 care for that period of time. My family and I found Erica to be the most caring and professional that we could have hoped for. We hired Erica and other Aides when it became obvious that my mother was not happy in a retirement home as dementia set in. After independent living, we found memory care to be overwhelming for her and hence we moved her our for our own program What started out as our plan very quickly became Erica’s plan. Erica is very experienced with the needs of older people whether they have dementia or not. We very quickly realized that Erica knew what to do and didn’t need any direction. If I were to list some of her greatest strengths it would include: - Takes charge and goes beyond expected duties - Kind, compassionate and very professional - Shows ups early and stays late - Very well spoken and a very pleasant demeanor - Outgoing and a leader - Ability to successfully oversee other employees - Communicates very well with clients This is simply a quick list. The observation is that this person will treat your family member like her family member. Erica always treated my mother as family and told us that is the way that she views things. She did grocery shopping for my mother and fixed meals. It is simply amazing what she was willing to do and they employees that were employed all were trained and chosen to do the same. Should you wish for an Aide Service that will provide the best possible care, you should put Erica S. at the top of your list.
