Hello, my name is Erica . I wanted to share my experience with you and why I'm the perfect fit for this position. I have many years of experience working in childcare and working with adults . All of my work history has also been very heavily involved with Children of all ages including special education . I do understand the importance and concepts of what needs to be done. I truly enjoy working with children. I take pride in the facts that I communicate very well with others and always make sure the parents are happy by the end of the day. I want to make a lasting impression on the child and the parents. I understand importance of being on time. I'm very organized and I work effectively both as a team and on my own. I am a fast learner and I double check every task I am assigned to do. I'm a very high energy and positive person, which is a great asset .
