I recently had the privilege of caring for my grandma on hospice. I assisted her with bath care, bathroom assistance, distributing/logging meds, meal prep, house cleaning. Willing to provide private/compassionate respite care for your family member. I currently take care of a young women 4 days a week with an anoxic brain injury or ABI. I have been caring for her for 2 years now. She is full care. GI tube fed, hoyer lift, power chair, medication administered thru tube. I would love to provide the right family with respite as needed. Ideally one to two weekends a month. I am NOT a CNA. But what I lack in certification, I have gained in experience. Trained by a retired MD.
