My sister hired her, and they confirmed time day/time she would start. A few days later my sister texted to let her know she didn't need to come if she didn't want to drive in the storm, but she never got a response. I tried to send her a message through Care.com,but the message would not go through, because she blocked me. if she changed her mind, the mature and responsible thing to do was just to let us know. instead she ignored text and blocked me from sending a message through Care.com. I find that immature, unprofessional and a bit scary.
