I had a neighbor who I looked after for about 6 years. By the time I left for college she was 95 years old. I cooked, cleaned, kept track of her medication. Would just go over to visit, talk about the news, or watch a movie. Last summer I spent 4 days and 3 nights watching over her when her daughter was away. Also both my grandmas have Alzheimer's, so I know how to deal with that as well.
