Elaysia cared for my wife during the final weeks of hospice care. There is no way my wife could have received better care than what Elaysia provided her with. Elaysia was kind, gentle, loving in the way you hope everyone can be. She understood my wife, from day one. Elaysia was a critical part of my wife's hospice care and did everything possible to make my wife's time peaceful and supportive. When things turned suddenly and for the terminal days, Elaysia quickly adjusted her schedule to support me and my wife's new needs. She shifted to work long days, spelling me to grab a few hours of sleep, knowing that my wife was in caring hands. Like me, she was a fierce defender of my wife's dignity and grace. We never want to know these services, but when we do, having someone of the quality and character of Elaysia is the kind of blessing that helps you in ways that stay with you for the rest of your life.
