About Elaine

Hello, my name is Elaine and I have been an occupational therapist for over 15 years! I have a love for elderly patients and love helping them have the best quality of life possible! I have experience with a wide range of diagnoses, including dementia, and neurological issues, and feel comfortable doing lifting, bathing, mobility as well as assisting with errands or housekeeping tasks. The ideal client for me would be someone who needed assistance getting out of bed and ready for the day, and then needed assistance returning to bed in the evenings. I do have a full-time job, so this would be some thing that I could not do every day, or during working hours. I do have some flexibility in my schedule, however, if there was an errand that needed to be run or daytime activities on the weekends. However, I miss hands- on patient care, and would love to supplement my income and still be able to enjoy spending time with elderly patients and supporting families to decrease burden of care!
