Impressive background and expertise but despite knowing a we have an upper respiratory compromised individual, the individual is not COVID vaccinated. Fully believe in it's a personal choice but it should be known that those in caregiving advocating and championing for those who can't (DOWNS, nonverbal) shouldn't have a person who doesn't believe in medical science and need others who are hiring staffing to have that fully transparent before hiring.
