Dusty is a very caring young man. I have known him since he was 8 years old. We met as members of our church, and we served together in many capacities for several years. He was also a Cub Scout and his dad was a Den Leader. When I took my youngest son on our first camp out, Dusty took him under his wing and made him feel welcome and invited him to join the other boys. He included him in everything over the entire weekend. After that experience my son couldn't wait to go on the next camp out! Dusty served with us in children's ministry on Sunday mornings for several years. He was our go to tech guy, running slide shows and videos. The children were especially fond of him because he always took time to listen to and encourage them. I believe that Dusty would be a good fit for this type of position because he truly possesses a servant's heart. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information.
