I'm certified nursing assistant and PCA with 12yrs experience of helping client in their homes or anywhere they lived with all the ADL. Helps clients exercising, drives them to their appointments, prepares meals, do housekeeping, communicates to the family about any changes and help to find the solution also a companion too. I'm very humble, respectful and hardworking that I really understand the job position. I Love caring of seniors or clients because I get to know that everyone life can change to a situation that will needs help and support from someone. I started PCA helping clients in their homes since 2010 and I love it. The client safety is very important so I'm always close to them and make sure nothing on their way that can cause a fall, makes them feels safe, secure, comfortable, happy, encourage them, pay attention and motivate them. I have experienced of clients suffering of dementia and Alzheimer's. I really understand their feeling , redirect , help to calm them down etc
