Donna cared for my elderly dad and mom for about a year or so. She is dependable, reliable, empathetic and truly, truly caring. She would communicate good days, she would communicate bad days, but no matter what, she would always communicate the truth about my parent's well being. I always felt comfortable when Donna was there, had piece of mind. Whenever hiring someone from Care.com, you want to make sure the person is trustworthy - after all, you're inviting someone into your home to care for loved ones, be around sensitive topics and items, etc. Not only is Donna trustworthy, she is respectful of privacy and able to adapt to fluid situations. At the end of the day, I can honestly say that not only was Donna my parent's caregiver, she was also a friend -- and I'm grateful for having found her at a time of need. She came through .... and I highly recommend. Thank you Donna.
