About Donna

My experience started in the early 80's. I have experience in nursing home, rehabilitation, hospital, and home care. Home care is my favorite because of the one-on-one attention that can be given to a Loved one. I understand the need for exercise and proper diets and can follow doctor's orders. I have experience with taking vitals, range of motion, testing Blood sugar and administering medications. Housekeeping and hygiene are an important part of care. I have worked with many different kinds of medical issues and find myself most drawn to Alzheimer's or Dementia patients. Taking time and Understanding the Stages one goes through helps with daily task. Families are important too! Needing a Break and support system is important for all involved in care giving.
