About Dolly

I have over 30 years of professional and personal experience working with the elderly, including my father who is diagnosed with Dementia, Diabetes, and Edema amongst other health issues. I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner/Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a business owner, specializing in Hormonal Health. I have, not only assisted my father in balancing his glucose levels and no longer needing insulin, getting rid of his severe Edema in only a matter of days, and improved his Cognitive health, but have also taught my clients how to support their physical, mental, and emotional health with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes, while losing weight, without dieting. I have continued my education in the field, in order to offer a broad range of services, including Massage Therapy, Detox, meal prepping, and more. I believe that true wellness can only be found when harmony exist between the mind, body, and spirit. I am a Certified Home Health Aide. CPR/First Aid.
