From Nov. 22, 2023- May 1, 2024 I will reside in Sykesville, Maryland. I am house and dog sitting for a military friend who is deployed. I am a retired RN with a masters degree looking for part- time work, I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable and trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because I am respectful of their past life experiences and genuinely enjoy their company. I'd like a job that values my expertise and respects my values as I am not a fly by night person. I started caring for seniors when from early on in my life. My grandmother had dementia and moved in with my family when I was a teenager. She shared my bedroom with me. I learned patience and compassion helping my mother care for my grandmother. I am trustworthy, gentle, kind, intelligent and respectful of others. I treat people as I would like to be treated. My skills include mobility assistance, conversation and companionship, meal preparation, light housework, med administration.
