Growing up, I spent most of my time with my grandparents and elderly great aunt. Then when I had to take care of my mother, I found the appreciation again. I am an Occupational Therapy Assistant too, so I am familiar with gait belts and techniques. I also enjoy conversing with my clients and getting them to tell me about their pasts, as I find it is important to communicate with them to keep their memory sharp.
