Cared for my mother for five years who had dementia. Cared for a lady in assistant living, who had two strokes, and also was Deaf. Took her to physical therapy on vacations, family outings, store, doctor appointments, but groceries and for social activities. Also will do one time jobs!! If you need a break or going on vacation!! I'm also will do over night shifts!! I have outstanding references:) love doing activities with them!! Some of my other clients that I take care of are in a wheelchair full-time / I have a cancer client/ client with dementia I love taking to activities!! Play cards/board games!! Make crafts!! Doctor appointment/ shopping!! I am currently right now taking care of a cancer patient who is on hospice. I've been with him for nine months, living with him and taking care of him. Fortunately, he is at the end of life so I will be looking for another Care giving job. through this process I have had a lot more training with catheters pick IVs giving care for end of life
