My mom is 90 and I understand the needs that presents for families as their parents age because my sisters and I are experiencing that. I have 30 years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and I am also a certified health coach. With my medical experience, I can help with monitoring vital signs, medication promoting and assisting with home exercises. I have a solid understanding of heart and lung diseases, diabetes, dementia, as well as orthopedic conditions such as arthritis and other joint issues. I know the importance of movement and activity and can assist to encourage your loved one to increase their activity level, I am trained on safe transfers and ambulation. I can support with light housekeeping and meal prep as well as companionship. I love to play games and am a good conversationalist
