I have worked in the human services field for nearly 24 years. The bulk of it working with adults with developmentdisabilities living in group homes. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cooking, cleaning, toileting, dressing, passing medication, laundry, and shopping. Most importantly, developing deep, meaningful relationships.
