I have provided home health care for a 91-year-old couple. She (the wife) was in a wheelchair and on a feeding tube. I did transfers with her and was responsible for all the needs of hers, that includes feedings, flushing, and cleaning around the feeding tube. He (the husband) was pretty self sufficient. I helped him with meals and any other minor things he needs. I also helped another wheel chair bound man in his thirties. I helped with bathing, meals, some organizing and whatever else he needed help with.
