About Danae

Hi there, my name is Danae! I am a CUW graduate student finishing up my doctorate in occupational therapy! I am currently on my fieldwork rotations and am interested in offering a helping hand as my availability allows. I have worked as a healthcare professional for the past 8 years in many settings with various diagnoses to provide exceptional care and companionship. My work experience includes CNA work for 5+ years in the settings of a nursing home, in-home cares, and within the hospital. Additionally, I have been a rehabilitation aide for the past 2 years, and have been babysitting ever since I was 10 years old. I have worked with children, I have a true passion for helping others and instilling a sense of confidence and dignity within anyone I work with!
