Cynthia was a wonderful caregiver to our mom! Our mom had dementia which required some extra diplomacy and skills. Our mom was originally hostile towards a caregiver but, with Cynthia's patience and kindness, grew to look forward to her coming to care for her. It was Cynthia who alerted us to some health issues that our mom had - even when our mom's senior facility should have noticed first. Cynthia provided excellent care and could not have been better at taking care of our mom.
