It is also very important to have good communications and a good relationship with the family. Cindy worked with my mom for a few months prior to her needing to go into memory care. My sister and I were trying to manage care and mom was resistant - we live several states away. Cindy charmed my mom, gave her agency and connection, helped make sure she was eating, getting exercise, helped take her shopping and to medical appts, and provided much needed companionship. She also assisted us when mom was sent for evaluation for dementia and was a great support and source of comfort to my mom in the hospital while my sister was trying to get there and to arrange memory care. Cynthia gave my mom dignity and our family the help we needed for mom to get the care she needs moving forward - we're eternally grateful and recommend her wholeheartedly. She's professional, kind, and very caring.
