Cyndi was late 3x in a row, startingwith her interview. Her demeanor with myself was cold and she would not look me in the eye. The first shift she was ok. The next shift she started talking down to my spouse, asking him how far he could walk and telling him she was not going to sit around all day with him and planned to go on several walks, coming back to check on him. She told him of the time she didn't get along with a patient and left the home after an hour and a half. She wandered through our home, taking photos on her way to the bathroom. When my spouse stated he needed his O2, she tossed his hose to him. It landed on the floor. He had to pick it up and turn on his concentrator. We were very uncomfortable with her level of care and advise others not to hire her.
