Hello, my name is Cristina and I have been a caregiver most of my life. My greatest joy has been being a mom and in raising my three children to adulthood. I was a nanny for 10+ yrs as well as a caregiver for older adults. I am a good listener and an excellent communicator, as I am a calm and positive person, this energy allows me to bring comfort at all times. I love to laugh and make others laugh as well. I enjoy listening to the many stories these adults love to share of their lives and families. I also enjoy playing cards, going forward walks, etc... I am an excellent cook and keep everything very tidy and organized. I am quite knowledgeable about health & nutrition and am able to incorporate this into all meals I provide. Besides being a Reiki Master Teacher (energy balancing & healing) I studied alternative healing methods in India for 3+ yrs. They include Yoga/meditation, Tibetan singing bowls and Ayurvedic massage. All care is with love & compassion
