Children+Senior Care: I have 17 years in Child Development, Reading Tutor, Art Teacher, Smart Start Teacher. Professional Artist and mother to two children/reading by 18 mos old. 11 years experience as private caregiver, Nurse Aide with the Department of Social Services in my county, helping some 30 clients/families that I was companion to/caretaker for, assisting with: bathing; dressing; grooming; transportation if needed; cooking, following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards. I also supported the clients performing light housekeeping. I am told I am a good conversationalist with a good sense of humor. My goal is to provide and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following standards/procedures, home care policies/procedures, federal/state/local requirements. I was primary caretaker to my mother during her last year with cancer/hospice care. I have a current CPR certification, and can provide you with local references.
