My name is Connie. I'm a compassionate, caring, and flexible caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with families. I'm originally from Bolivia and have lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years, it's where I raised my now adult children. I always strive to provide a warm, fun and nurturing environment for the children or seniors that I care for. My goal is always to cultivate a strong relationship with the family, to understand all the families' and the elders' needs, and to provide families with trusting and worry-free service ensuring the safety and well-being of the elders'.
