Caregiver and manager, retired Nuclear Medicine Tech with Masters degree in Business, Human Resources and Healthcare Administration, adept not only in providing direct care, but also facilitating collaboration with several medical providers/specialists. Excellent communicator, showing genuine care for my patients. In a previous job I hired, supervised and trained staff to cover 24 hour hospice service and memory care for a couple in their late 90's until their death. I have Transported individuals to their appointments, managed medicine and administration of medicine. Prepared and served meals. I provided 24 hour care in my home for one individual for seven (7) months, until end of life. I have client experience with Congestive Heart Failure, diabetes, salt restricted, gluten free, dairy free diets, hospice care, legally blind patients, patients on oxygen, memory care, dementia and Alzheimers. I have experience with preparing medicine boxes and administering medications.
