About Ciara

I'm a native Wisconsinite (Monroe) with a passion to provide the highest quality of care for those around me. I am a CNA with experience in dementia and Alzheimer's care, hospice care, respite care, assisted/independent living, companionship. Being raised by a mother who has worked in the caregiving industry for over 30 years, I've seen the challenges faced by families in Dane County & the surrounding areas to find reliable, compassionate, superior care. I find purpose in caring for seniors because it's humbling to be able to give back to those who have done so much for their families, friends, workplaces, & more throughout their lives, and for those who continue to do so. When I was in high school, my mom and the rest of my family became full-time / in-home caregivers to my senior uncle with Down syndrome. While this was challenging at the time, this experience taught me so much, and fueled my desire to make sure that those in need of my care receive the best I can offer.
